I adjusted the geometry of the selector to simplify the bridge on the window/cavity side, making it easier to print by removing a stepped section and adjusting an angle inside the cavity (see photo). I also revised the small area that sometimes wouldn't print due to a thin wall between the cavity and where the POM nut meets. There are still some minor bridging issues over where the hex nut inserts on the lower part of the cavity, stemming from the original model's design. However, I didn't want to alter the geometry too much. I also designed a blade cover that matches the selector's geometry, featuring rounded edges and a hole profile matching the filament entry point. Although I don't use a blade, I created the cover to complete the selector path. - MMU2SelectorMagnetWindow.stl: uses the regular PRUSA supplied front cover with the festo connector. - Selector_Magnet_Window_PC10Passthrough.stl: employs the front cover available with this Thing that utilizes a PC4-10 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3384288) - BladeCoverV2 fits both. UPDATE 7/2/19: I added a second version of the selector, utilizing a PC4-M10 as a passthrough on the outbound side of the MMU2 to further shorten and eliminate areas for the filament to catch. Similar to the original (follow their directions), you'll need to drill out the extra material used to create a better bridge before use. Print the cover with the PC4-M10 thread from the original Thing here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3384288 I've successfully utilized this selector, but combining it with the window should increase reliability even further. I also prefer the PC4-10 due to its lower cost and reduced wear on the PRUSA festo connectors, which often fail to grab properly after troubleshooting issues.
