Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3166394. Clips together really easily and holds all 5 PTFE tubes securely without deforming them. Printed fine for me on my Prusa in PLA and could use any filament type. If shrinkage causes holes to be too small it deforms the tubing then either ream them out with two halves clipped together or print again and make it bigger in the slicer.
