Print with 4 perimeter layers minimum! This is to ensure that your design withstands cracking when the PTFE connector is threaded into place. I designed this backup for the multiplexer of the MMU, specifically to provide a single color printing option for replacement parts in case the multiplexer gets jammed beyond repair. From what I've learned, jams in the feedpath of the multiplexer are relatively common problems - it happened to me twice within a couple of weeks after assembly, completely blocking one feed path and partially blocking the other three, causing printing issues.
