V3 Now available redesigned Bigger and Better!https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/127748-prusa-mk3s-ultimate-toolbox-v3-bigger-and-better~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This is my Ultimate ToolBox V2 for the Prusa MK3S. You also can have this Ultimate ToolBox V2 for the low low low price of one Heart! Thanks so much and Enjoy let me see those Pics and let me know how much you like it!I have been 3D printing for a year and have been building a collection of tools I use on a regular basis.I originally made a remix toolbox but found after time it just wasn't enough for me. So I remixed it again and made many improvements to the base model and expanded its capabilities by adding a generous tray and hanging hooks. I made the frame attachment easier to attach and low profile so it should not hit any part of the X or Z Axis. The Cutouts are Boolean modifiers and the Hooks are simply placed in the geometry so if you like you can load up the Blender model and rearrange anything you like easily. You can add, delete, and modify the hooks to your specific liking. As well as the cutouts can easily be moved, added, and deleted. In Blender you select all the objects that make up the final print and export .stl as Selection Only. It will export as a single .stl file for printing. Just be sure the objects intersect how you want them to print. I added a new image that shows how to create a custom tray. All the bottoms of the loose items in the blender file are all on the same Z axis and flat. So you simply need to move adjust them along the X and Y axis and they will print just fine. If you move them up or down from the Z axis, you will need to readjust them so they are flat on the Z axis again. Other than that you can add move adjust them as you wish along the X and Y axis.In this I store neatly,Philips Screw DriverSide cuttersCalipersSpatulaPlastic scraper7mm Hex Nozzle driverPliers2.5mm Hex Driver2x Hobby razersDeburr tool6x files2x TweezersMetal brush6x allen keysAnd there is room for so much more. The tray is a generous size for really anything you want.I used the hooks from this model.https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/47703-prusa-mk3s-tool-boxBy Ken https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/77045-ken/printsThe original base of the model is by argoroots.https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/42675-argoroots/printshttps://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25392-mk3-toolbox-tool-organiserPrint instructionsI printed in PLA on my PEI Texture sheet. It uses a filament swap and modifiers on the exposed 3D Honeycomb infill pattern. You need to have a very clean bed, the hooks do not have a lot of attachment area so they can warp up by a small amount nothing noticeable on the final print. The print also uses 10 base layers for better stability. If you modify the model you will have to redo the filament swap and infill modifiers. Its easy to do if you examine the 3mf file I included. The hooks and cutouts are fully customizable in the 3D Blender file.In Blender you select all the objects that make up the final print and export .stl as Selection Only.
