Prusa MK3S/MMU2S Ikea Lack Enclosure

An actual enclosure is not shown or included; this design was crafted just so that the MMU would work with one with minimal hassle. The standard Prusa-branded LACK enclosure isn't MMU2-friendly due to the length of space needed behind the printer, and the inability to hang the filament above. Seeing as you can't have that space from the back or from the top... I thought "Why not from the bottom?". It worked for me! Twist-locks are used for ease of building and disassembly should it need to be moved painlessly. It's also pretty cool. The screw holes on everything but the lower leg spacers are smaller than you'd typically use, so you will NEED to drill them; this is intentional so you can get a custom fit to your fastener. The spacers are specifically if you decide to use lag bolts (which is what I did) and need more space for the bottom legs to thread into. I printed mine in PETG, but PLA and ABS should also work fine. I suggest 50%+ on the angle supports. 15-20% is fine on everything else. Added a PTFE mount that screws to the LACK's edge. Special thanks to Fucosk for the original design on that, it worked better than others I tried. Use three wood-friendly screws with a head diameter no smaller than 5mm. I used three panheads I had just laying around. "S" upgraded machines probably won't need the PTFE tube mount if you use the buffer as intended. I'm working on a way to use it differently because I'm not thrilled with it the way it is. It works, but it's inconvenient. Which, I mean, buffers always are. Self-rewinding spools might be a better choice. If you like the design and want to support my work, throw me some cryptocurrency!
