I was having a frustrating problem with my 3D printer's clicking/idler gear, which would slip due to the idler axle slowly working its way out of the axle supports. This caused under-extrusion and inevitably resulted in failed prints.\r\n\r\nTo fix this issue, I created a remix that removes the wholes from the axle supports, making it impossible for the axle to slip around.\r\n\r\nWith this modification, the idle gear axle now securely snaps into place while allowing the idle gear to move freely as intended. No other changes were made to the original design.\r\n\r\nUPDATE: I've been using this part in my printer for hundreds of hours over several months, and it has performed flawlessly so far.
