Prusa MK3S Enclosure with Pi Mount and Cable Chain

Somebody asked me to merge my cable chain variant of the MK3S case with the remixed raspberry pi3 mount, so here it is. I probably won't get a chance to test this anytime soon, but everything looks right and fits perfectly. Update 8/19/19: After a test print, I discovered that the upper tooth was oversized to the receiving hole from the original model, so I fixed that in rev B. Update 8/20/19: I found some time to test the installation, and all worked exactly as I had hoped. The top stud didn't fit as well as I liked, so I fixed that in rev C. Tested and verified, this project is now complete. Update 09/04/19: I rolled out this mod to 16 Prusa machines without any issues. This might be the best modification available, as the pi3 (or better) blows the pizero out of the water.
