<p>Result of some exploration around improving print quality via high volume but slow(er) airflow.</p> <p>Rear fan mount collides with frame, so the Z-axis mount needs to be replaced. Z_MAX_POS also needs to be reduced via firmware modifications or else Z calibration will fail.</p> <p>Slightly longer M3 screws are needed for the rear fan mount, and two 10mm M2.5 screws are required for assembly of the fan arms for the non-Volcano version.</p> <p>Design files can be found in the original blog post at<br/> <a href="https://0x7d.com/2019/prusa-360-cooling-shroud/">https://0x7d.com/2019/prusa-360-cooling-shroud/</a></p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Design files assumes a well calibrated printer.</p> <p>Fan ducts are printed in vase mode with 1mm extrusion width using a 0.4mm nozzle. You may need to tweak the extrusion width a bit to get a good friction fit.</p>
