Prusa MK3S BNBSX Pi Camera V1.3 Mount With X-axis Cable Protection

<p>Based on <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/46866-prusa-mk3s-pi-camera-v21-mount-with-optional-x-axi">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/46866-prusa-mk3s-pi-camera-v21-mount-with-optional-x-axi</a></p> <p>I adapted the design to work with my BNBSX short ears x-axis (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3626993">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3626993</a>) but it should work with the standard bear x-axis.</p> <p>Added x-axis motor cable protection bracket (from <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/50387-prusa-mk3s-picam-v21-x-axis-mount-combined-with-x-">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/50387-prusa-mk3s-picam-v21-x-axis-mount-combined-with-x-</a>) which stabilizes the x-axis-cable and camera mount at the same time.</p> <p>Designed for RPi camera V1.3.</p> <p>The design also includes the following upgrades:</p> <ol> <li>Improved RPi camera ribbon cable management.</li> <li>Pi camera cover is snap fit onto the main assembly (no screws required).</li> <li>Optional: you can secure the RPi camera to the cover using M2x4mm screws.</li> <li>Increased tolerance for zip tie on x-axis strain relief.</li> </ol> <p>Required hardware:<br/> 1 small zip tie (2.5mm) for x-axis cable strain relief.<br/> 1 M3x16 screw to secure assembly to x-axis motor.<br/> Optional: 3 M2x4mm crews to secure RPi camera to cover.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I printed all of the parts using ABS (I sometimes use a heated chamber and have had some PETG parts warp due to ambient temperature) with a layer resolution of 0.15mm.
