Prusa MK3s Bear X-Axis Mosquito Hotend Extruder (PINDA + BLTouch)

Since the Mosquito adapter wasn't available for the new MK3S Bear X-Axis with its advanced filament sensor, I created a custom remix with minor tweaks to accommodate the Mosquito Hotend. The Groovemount adapter has been modified so it doesn't rotate. I still consider this a work in progress until I've tested it thoroughly for at least one or two weeks. Currently, I'm using this cooling fan duct: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3320490 It works perfectly with the Mosquito and doesn't deform (printed with ABS). ## Update#1 Groovemount/Adapter: Increased hole size for the PTFE to 4.6mm to fit larger-walled tubes. Update#2: Added a PTFE stopper inside the extruder body. The PTFE length needs to be exactly 32.5mm. Previously, it was simply held in place by friction. Update#3: Updated the Groovemount/Adapter so that standard screws can be used. Update#4: Added a version for BLTouch.
