Prusa MK3S alternative fan shroud

Here's another alternative shroud modification that provides more cooling air flow on the far side of the extruder for the R4 extruder on the MK3S. The original shroud design was modified by cutting off the arms and replacing them with longer ones. A deflector was added at the input. Print this model with ABS or a material even more heat resistant than ABS. I drew inspiration from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3063554, which I had been using on my R3 extruder and was very pleased with its performance. This design is not perfect, as there are some small leftover parts inside that may obstruct airflow. Maybe in the future, I'll take the time to clean up this design.
