The stock spool holder that comes with the Prusa Mk3 is robust and perfect for large spools. However, its arm is too long for most commonly used 1kg spools. I wanted to keep my spool tightly secured so I created this spacer to hold it in place securely. *** A user discovered that his spool holder arm measures 2.4cm thick instead of the expected 2cm. It appears that not all Prusa spool holders are identical, which is why (mine happens to be 2cm). DO take precise measurements of your spool holder's size before printing a replacement. ** Nickwren has modified it to accommodate a 24mm thick spool holder arm.
