Prusa MK3 Spool Holder Fix

This design boosts the Prusa MK3 i3 spool arm diameter to accommodate bigger filament roll sizes on the stock spool holder without scraping against the metal frame. Adding this mod is a straightforward process, simply twist off one arm of the spool holder. For instance, MakerBot filament rolls are slender but have oversized outer diameters. The original spool kept hitting the printer's metal frame and getting stuck. By increasing its height, it now spins freely without any hindrance.
