Posted here with conspicuous credit.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This fan shroud was designed with Autodesk CFD to create better airflow around the nozzle of the Prusa MK3. Airflow around the Front and both sides has been equalized and pointed more at the tip of the nozzle.</p><p>Other improvements include a notch to locate the fan. More space around the nozzle for less chance of melting. Better internal geometry to make it easier to print.</p><p><strong>Fitment: Prusa MK3 Only - </strong>This does not fit the MK3s or MK3s+.</p><p>Print settings:</p><p><strong>Material = ABS/ASA for shroud, PETG for support bracket</strong></p><p>Standard Prusaslicer settings, No supports needed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
