All I had on hand were #8 countersink type wood screws, so I adapted the PSU mount to work well with those. It's recommended that you use wood screws with pilot holes, allowing the threads to get a good grip into the LACK material. After completing this project, I'm convinced that fine threaded screws will simply pull out and if you don't use pilot holes, the threads will remove most of the material before they bite in. Details: - Use a 3/32 drill bit for pilot holes. - Apply 3/8" cable wrap to power supply wire. - Plan on this taking about an hour since you have to detach the power supply from the board and re-do the zip ties along the undersurface of the frame.
