I redesigned the z-axis top using the same Prusa model, but enlarged the hole that houses the lead screws to eliminate vibrations caused by the screws rubbing against the printed parts. This should resolve the annoying vibration noise issue once and for all. The updated design features both the left and right z-axis tops in one convenient package.
