I discovered that the hotend cooling fan effectively cools down the left side of the heated bed. The temperature difference between the two sides is approximately 5 °C, which caught my attention. Additionally, I'm not a fan of how the angled part of the cooling fan draws in warm air from the heated bed. The existing fan shrouds didn't meet my requirements. They restrict airflow too much, resulting in excessive noise. Weight was also a concern, as I aim to keep the extruder as lightweight as possible, even if it's a minor consideration – every milligram counts in my opinion. I also shared Vekoj's revised MK3 Extruder design because I used his radial fan model from the step files in my Fusion 360 source file. Moreover, this is the extruder I'm currently using and it performs exceptionally well! **With Source File** The .f3d source file is included so that others can easily modify my design if needed. I believe including the source file simplifies the modification process, making it more convenient for users who want to make changes to my design.
