The Prusa Mk3 menu selection knob didn't feel right to me initially because it seemed to work in reverse direction. You can easily change the encoder connections or adjust the encoder direction in software, but this also reverses some of your temperature settings. One simple solution I found was relocating the control knob to the left side of the display. This requires a bit of soldering and you can find detailed instructions in the video. As a beginner, it took me several attempts to get it working smoothly. Fortunately, everything works well now. It's worth noting that when printing with PETG, the holes for the mounting screws were a bit too small to start threading easily. Drilling them out slightly with a 2.5mm drill bit solved this issue, but using a tap would have been even better.
