Updated 27/12/19: The panel has been centered correctly and the reset button has been restyled to perfection. I've also upgraded to a Pi4b with 4Gb of RAM, and I'm thrilled to confirm that the performance upgrade is absolutely fantastic. The video playback is incredibly smooth and the touchscreen is extremely responsive, while the web UI is much more user-friendly than before. New STL files have been uploaded, named "mk2," including the main file and the text file separately. An AMF file has also been uploaded with the print bed ready to go, featuring support enforcers and rotated -35 degrees on the z axis to fit snugly onto the Prusa bed. The cover for a 4 Inch touchscreen has been remixed using the excellent HyperPixel 800x480 capacitive touch screen. The screen slides effortlessly under the holding clips, which can be gently bent to slot the screen into place, then attach the Pi. A text STL file has been included for the MMU-ness. And yes, it's about 9mm off-centre, but I'm not concerned - all that work was worth it!
