Prusa MK3 Improved Idler Door

UPDATE! I've revised the holes for the nuts, making them 0.5mm deeper, and replaced the files. Fortunately, the previous version still works perfectly, but there's a slight issue with the nyloc nut not engaging the nylon part of it. Easily fixed by inserting the nut from the nylon side first. I drew inspiration from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3504682 and implemented similar changes to the stock MK3 (minus the S!) idler door, along with some additional tweaks and refinements. Here are the key modifications I made compared to the original MK3 idler door: * Switched to slide-in holes for the shaft instead of through-holes * Added a cutout for extra clearance around the bondtech gear part (*) * Expanded the opening to accommodate DIN125A nylon washers (*) * Incorporated cuts for nyloc nuts (*) *) These additional mods are courtesy of Martin Wolfe's excellent drawings, available in this thread: https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/hardware-firmware-and-software-help-f64/extrusion-gears-grinding-black-petg-idler-part-int-t19247.html Make sure to use the nylon washers that come with your printer; they're usually stored in a spare bag. The picture showcasing both new and old idler doors highlights why the cut was necessary for the bondtech gear side.
