Prusa Mk3 front nozzle holder
myminifactory
I designed a nozzle holder that fits perfectly in place of the LCD screen on the Prusa Mk3 printer for individuals who mount their LCD screens outside of an enclosure like me. When the LCD screen is mounted externally, it leaves the front of the printer unused and unappealing, so I decided to make use of this space by designing a nozzle holder that can accommodate up to 10 nozzles and also hold the E3D nozzle wrench/spanner. The version I printed includes lettering for identifying multiple 0.25, 0.4, and 0.6 nozzles, but I will also provide a version without numbers so it can be used for different nozzle size combinations. The holders for the nozzles are all threaded, allowing them to be screwed in securely and preventing them from falling out. This holder can be printed at standard 0.2mm layer height using a 0.4mm nozzle, and the threads should work fine (but the lettering might look better with a finer nozzle). It attaches using the existing screws and holes for the LCD and utilizes the same four captive square nuts from the LCD screen. You can use spare nuts if you need them for your LCD enclosure mounting solution. No supports are required for this part, as I printed it without any issues. To ensure correct orientation, make sure to print face-down with nozzle holes towards the bed in case your slicer doesn't automatically orientate the parts correctly.
