Prusa MK3 fix (Thermistor wire failure prevention)

Fixes Thermistor wire failure: -Extended Y axis (heater bed) wire cover. -Prevents wiring from sagging and being pinched between bed and frame leading to premature Thermistor failure. Includes: Heater bed covers. -Both 8mm bore styles, and both standard bore styles Install: -Unplug printer. -Place printer on elevated surface to gain access from below. -Move Y axis all the way to rear slowly. -Remove only the two H2.5 screws nearest the cable. -Remove cover and replace with the new extended cover. Warnings: -I don't recommend zip tying the cables to the extended portion. The part is just meant to be prevent sagging not hold the wire. -Extends printer by 1.5" please take precautions to avoid hitting objects.
