Prusa MK3 Fan Spacer for R3 Extruder Cover

I designed this spacer for those of us who refuse to replace the entire extruder body but still demand the cooling benefits of the R3 extruder cover and 45-degree cooling. The only significant difference in the two body designs, aside from flex changes, was that the fan was mounted slightly further out. By using this spacer, you can mount the fan correctly with either the Stock (R2 or older) or Zaribo extruder body and the R3 Extruder Cover. I'm currently utilizing my Zaribo mod for flexible filaments (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3003615) and my Flex Fix for stock (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2867249), which I employed prior to this setup, so I didn't want to undergo a full extruder reassembly. To enhance air flow, I clipped off the vent grill on the body to match the R3 cover.
