Prusa Mk3 Extruder BL-Touch mod

I'm a huge admirer of the Prusa MK3 extruder, so I decided to make some fundamental alterations to it in order to swap the proximity sensor with a BL-Touch. This was absolutely necessary for my large-format Prusa build, as it features a custom bed without probe points. As a result, the sensor is positioned at an ideal height for probing and retracts further than the fan shroud to ensure its safety. I also made minor adjustments to the fan shroud (thickened it), top cap (enlarged the opening to accommodate a 5mm nylon bowden guide), and designed a new rear support to keep longer cables out of harm's way.
