I print extensively in sequential mode, which means I produce multiple components at once, but not layer by layer for every component. Instead, I print one part entirely before starting the next part. I must be cautious to avoid colliding with already printed parts using my printhead. However, I gain some benefits from this approach. For instance, if a print fails on one part, I can cancel it without wasting the previously printed layers of other components. People also suggest that sequential printing produces stronger components, as the bonding between layers is supposedly enhanced. But I neither confirm nor deny this claim. In any case, what always frustrated me was the cables extending directly from the printhead to the back. This increases the space required to clear between parts and avoid crashes. Recently, my MK3 build with a Titan Aqua Klon has made this problem particularly severe, given that the print area is smaller in the Y axis and the Titan Aqua is larger than the E3D V6 Hotend. You can find more details on my blog at https://theprusamk3clone.blogspot.com/. I have attached three files: an STL, an optimized STL produced with Meshmixer to ensure optimal part orientation for printing, and a G-Code file suitable for PETG on a Prusa MK3.
