I really liked the latest changes to the Prusa i3 MK3 Extruder. However, I don't really like pulling the part cooling air from the heated bed. 1. Maybe a little warmer ?. Cooling off the bed faster? The 45° fan configuration makes that worse. This is my fix. It also shields the fan from fingers, etc.

This inlet attempts to bring in cooler air and shield the bed.

I don't know, maybe it's just me. :-)

Also, I made some modifications to the fan support. Little smoother and a little more clearance for the extruder wires.

UPDATE: Decided it needed something. Added a PRUSA logo. I am in the process of making one so not sure how it will turn out. This might be really cool with multi color using the MMU 2.0

This is a much better logo - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3346896

.step files on request.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printer Parts Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK3

Supports: Yes
