This is a remixed version of the original Prusa MK3 LCD knob, featuring four ergonomic handles. After experimenting with an alternative knob that touted improved performance, I discovered its handle was perfectly suited for providing the necessary leverage to spin the dial quickly with a single finger. However, its placement wasn't always ideal, leading me to redesign it with multiple handles. Kudos to Prusa for making their OpenSCAD files available online; this modification only required about two minutes of work.
