This is a custom belt holder designed specifically for use with the mk2.5/mk3 extruder on an mk2s printer. To get started, you'll also need to acquire bondtech gears and a noctua fan from Prusa's website along with other necessary parts. One key consideration when installing the mk3/mk2.5 upgrade kit on an mk2s is that the pinda trigger locations differ. As a result, the original setup can cause the end stop to activate prematurely and incorrectly position the pinda. However, this issue can be easily resolved by using this custom belt holder, which precisely aligns the pinda with the correct trigger location. This solution has been proven effective in my own experience, and it provides an ideal temporary fix until a full upgrade kit becomes available.
