I made a Re-Mix of the Prusa I3 MK2S Iteration 3 X-End and X-End Motor parts. The Aftermarket Z-Axis Motors I purchased came with Brass Trapezoidal nuts, which are not available for purchase on the Prusa website. Customer service informed me that they source the original nuts directly from the motor manufacturer and do not have spare parts. To accommodate these brass nuts, I modified the Prusa MK2S SCAD files in three key ways: 1. I enlarged the motor shaft hole diameter. 2. I adjusted the Screw Hole spacing. 3. I redesigned the Nut Traps to enable direct screw installation into the Brass Trapezoidal nut threaded holes. The prints turned out perfectly using Orange Hatchbox PETG. For anyone interested in making further modifications, I've included the modified OPENSCAD files for your reference.
