Prusa Mk2s to MK3 frame Y motor mount and power supply adapter
thingiverse
Using the extruded aluminum with the mk2 frame, the power supply holes didn't align properly so I included an adapter to space them correctly. It uses m4x8 button head screws and nuts. The Y axis Mk3 motor mount with limit switch converts Mk2 frames to be compatible with the Mk3 frame. All other printed parts are Mk3 STL's. Extruded 3030 lengths were made according to Prusa specifications: Front: 205mm Rear: 120mm You can visit https://www.prusa3d.com/ for more information. The front and rear plates can be either CNC'd, ordered from Aliexpress, or made by hand. I used a frame drilling jig to drill the mounting holes into the frame. I had to file two small spots to clear the bed screws, allowing free movement of the bed: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2567664. The printer was calibrated and passed on the first attempt!
