I designed this ribbon cable clip to secure cables to the frame, ensuring a clean setup when mounting an LCD screen on top. It relies on 2 x M3x10 screws, which are screwed into existing holes in the frame for stability. Initially, I attempted to use wide clips from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138737), but they snagged on the extruder cable bundle and were pulled down - however, the smaller top clips worked perfectly fine.
