I sought a design that would expertly conceal the raspberry pi camera cable. This revised design routes the cable downwards through the printer's body and base, securing it with a detachable cable holder that sends the cord discreetly towards the back of the printer. Although the cable still remains loose under the bed due to its inherent nature, this design presents a neater solution than previous iterations by stably positioning it beneath the bed. I also desired a design that would remain stationary and withstand wear without compromising performance. In exchange for relinquishing some axis of movement, this design offers full control over yaw, as well as rough control over height, but relinquishes pitch/roll adjustment altogether. This design draws inspiration from the camera mount at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2352964, while incorporating novel features to achieve its intended functionality.
