This cooling fan shroud is designed for use with MK2s extruders. It comes in two versions, one suitable for M3 screws and the other for M4 screws - both of which are compatible with most fans. When attaching the fan, ensure that the screws have a height of at least 10mm plus the height of the fan itself. You won't need to use M3 nuts since the plastic should thread itself when screwed in place. Mounting the fan shroud to the extruder carriage is straightforward and utilizes all three existing M3 screws.
