I built a prototype for my Prusa MK2S dual 50mm extruder fan. After my first print, I noticed that some screw holes were slightly off-center but I was still able to attach it securely to the printer. Testing it with two 50mm Gelid fans has revealed that the ball bearings are now the noisiest component.
