Prusa MK2/S to MK3 Noctua fan cover

I was modifying my Prusa MK3 with new MK3 mods and this required a swap to a Noctua 40mm fan. Wolfgang's fan cover is designed for the MK3 and won't work on the MK2/S. I removed the back side of the fan cover so it wouldn't interfere with the x-carriage or the x endstop. This simple mod makes all the difference for those running a MK2/S. This change goes back to Jure's original Noctua upgrade for the Mk2/S, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2076234. Thanks, Jon
