PRUSA MK2 RAMPS cover with opposite door opening

This is a PRUSA MK2 cover for RAMPS 1.4, but with an opposite side of the door. It's a remix of geoffsim's Prusa i3 MK2 Clone Ramps 1.4 Cover Base + Door https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2269501. Geoffsim did a great job (Josef Prusa is also to be credited), and he fitted RAMPS board into the Prusa MK2 cover. I think the inside opening door is very inconvenient for installation and maintenance. That's why I made a mirrored version of the cover, making RAMPS more accessible to maintain. I've included an additional base for mounting the cover if you use aluminum extrusion or square tube in your case. However, it has some inconvenience: in order to open the door, you have to lift the Z-axis, and the reset button is inaccessible. I've included modified SCAD files as required by the GPL license.
