Prusa Mk2 Pinda Lock Sleeve

This is a taller PINDA protector that securely presses right up against the bottom nut and serves as a locknut, which is significantly better than using loctite to prevent movement. I chose not to thread it in the past because pre-threaded PINDA protectors would often spin off on my machine due to vibrations. To avoid this issue, my PINDA is set so that this part should be 13.65mm (the file measures 13.8, and I intend to sand it to perfect length). A step file has been included so you can customize the height to your preference.
