This is a straightforward little gauge that fits snugly over the springs of the idler screws to ensure the precise spacing between the washer and the printed part (4mm-5mm as per the assembly manual). Take a moment to measure its width, which is 4.5mm, after printing it for accuracy. Setting this distance accurately significantly enhances print quality on the MMU, particularly at higher speeds. To set it, hold in place and gently tighten the idler screws evenly until the gauge just barely gets pinched between the washer and printed part. Once you've achieved the desired spacing, don't forget to remove the gauge completely!
