this is a remix of Clemens M.'s design found here: https://forum.prusaprinters.org/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2.5s-mk2.5-user-mods-octoprint-enclosures-nozzles-.../y-axis-belt-tensioner-for-mk2-mk2-5-mk2-5s/ i didnt want to take the printer apart so i designed this split body version. i unfastened the 2 nuts on either ide of the stock pully holder, and literally cut away the stock holder (with a dremel). moved the nuts and washers back to center and press fit this into place. no supports needed i have sacrificial single layers in the print. 4 walls, 25%infill i used hardware needed: 6x m3 nuts 2x m3x20mm screws 4x m3x10mm screws
