The camera mount was inspired by the Prusa i3 MK2 Sports Camera Holder, created by mikolaszuza. It has been modified for the apeman Action Sports Camera model A70. The design has been altered to serve as a safety feature, preventing the holding fixture from being inserted too far into the Y-Carriage and causing damage when the printer is calibrating. This prevents the camera from colliding with the extruder. A flat-tooth gear was added to enable fine adjustments of the camera position at 10-degree increments. The design includes both left- and right-handed versions of the camera bracket, allowing for mounting on either side of the build plate. Three different cosmetic finishes are available for the nut: plain, strips, and arrows. The designer is willing to modify the design for other camera models if measurements of their footprint can be provided, along with some tolerance added for good measure. Dimensions: The footprint for the Apeman Sports Camera A70 measures 59.90x25. Print Settings * Printer Brand: Prusa * Printer: Prusa Steel * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2 * Infill: 15 * Notes: The holding fixture should be printed in a heat-resistant material, such as ABS. The designer used Filament from Prusa, specifically the Orange EasyABS.
