I'm creating a custom storage box for my E3D V6 Hotend Nozzles and wanted to share it with others. This design combines a working hinge and latch into one print, making it easy to use. The box is designed specifically for the E3D V6 Hotend Nozzles, so you can be sure it fits perfectly. I printed this box using wood filament and added a personal touch by staining it. I'll post some photos of the finished product later, but in the meantime, here are some tips to keep in mind. You may need to lightly sand the latch nib, depending on your printer's quality and tolerances. When printing, use a low layer height of 0.10 mm with a 0.25 mm nozzle for the best results. However, if you print at higher layers, be aware that the close may be rough, and you might need to sand the hinges to get a smooth fit. It's essential to avoid generating supports, as I learned the hard way when I accidentally uploaded the wrong file with a defective latch - all fixed now!
