01/02/2017 New Variant with Improved Airflow. (FAN-NOZZLE_Var2_v2.stl) As the original design didn't fit on my MK2 to my liking, I redesigned it to overcome airflow issues from the Prusa design that led to thermal instability in the nozzle temperature. This redesign directs airflow more effectively towards the printed part and minimizes cooling effects on the nozzle. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Notes: Printing with PLA is suitable as it's far enough from the nozzle and thermal melting effects are unlikely. Print this variant as oriented, then support is unnecessary.
