I've been printing a lot with PETG, which is what my hotend parts are made of, causing the screws nearest the hotend to heat up. The screw closest to the hotend actually controls the part cooling fan, but since I'm printing PETG that doesn't require much cooling, it starts sagging because it isn't cooling itself down naturally and has no support on the other side of the part - just an alignment pin. It was sagging so much that it was 1-2mm from hitting the model I was printing, causing extra stringing due to misdirected air pointing at the nozzle instead of the part. This modification solves this issue by giving the part cooling fan a second point of support far away from the hotend, keeping the part cooling fan level and out of range from hitting your model.
