I tried the fan duct by Crunch3D and thought it needed some major upgrades. The airflow was pretty poor, so I focused on improving that area. This new design uses the same mounting system as before but makes a significant improvement in airflow by eliminating the 45-degree angle between the fan and output. While it still doesn't match the stock blower fan's performance, it's getting closer. It weighs about 5% less than Crunch3D's model and comes in at 27.38 grams when printed with PETG. The design also uses interference fit pegs instead of screws to hold the fan, which provides a secure fit. I'm currently working on a new model that bypasses this part entirely, which should greatly boost airflow.
