Prusa Mini X Alignment Tool

NOTE: This tool DOES NOT fix offset to the left... sorry :( I've created a simple tool to fix the common issue of the Prusa Mini printing with an offset of a few mm to the right. If you don't really care about it then you can just leave it , but if you do then this tool will fix it for you. Here's what you need to do (photos show this process): 1: Download and print the 'Bed Alignment Tool'. Make sure to turn OFF any skirt or brim you might have enabled, as this print takes up the whole build area. 2: Measure the X offset with a pair of calipers or a ruler if your don't have any (make sure to write it down somewhere). 3: Work out 15 - [Your X offset], and write this down. 4: Download the 'X Axis Calibration' and open it in tinkercad.com 5: Drag a 'hole' box into your workplane. 6: Resize it to your calculated number. 7: Select both objects and press 'Align'. 8: Align to the left then to the middle. 9: Press 'Group'. 10: Press 'Export', then 'Export as STL'. 11: Print the new downloaded file without changing its orientation, make sure to print very slow and with 100% infill. 12: Place on top of the X motor mount, and push the pin into the hole. This may require decent force. If it is definitely not going in then it may have warped slightly while printing, so you will need to trim the pin slightly with snips. 13: Once you have the part in place, home home the printer and it should stop against the part, updating its' 0 position. 14: Reprint the 'Bed Alignment Tool' (use the same Gcode) to view the results. You may notice that you are still printing ~0.5mm away from the edge of your bed, this is due to dimensional inaccuracy in the print. If you wish to fix this, re-do steps 3-12, but add 0.5mm (or your approximate offset) to your offset number, and use the new number when minusing from 15.
