Prusa MINI+ Upgrade (Edition 2) Revo Micro with PTFE Strain Relief

E3D's mount for upgrading the Prusa MINI+ with their Revo Micro hot end, modified with an added strain relief for the PTFE tube.This version requires two M3 square nuts for a more secure connection; grab them from your spares bag!Prints the same as recommended by E3D:Recommended materials: PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC blends, etc.; avoid PLA!E3D logo facing up.Supports required (supplied .3mf and .gcode files are already set up with the necessary supports)0.4mm nozzle or smaller, 0.2mm layer height or lower.40% infill (pick your favorite pattern).3 perimeters.5 top and bottom layers.The mount pictured is printed in PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle at a 0.2mm layer height and 40% cubic infill. Some things to consider:The hole for the PTFE tube is designed with very tight clearances to maximize the effectiveness of the strain relief. It is designed for the 4mm OD of the stock MINI+ PTFE Bowden tube, so PTFE tubes from other manufacturers may not fit, depending on their OD dimension. Even if using the stock PTFE tube (and/or depending on your printer's calibration), you may find it necessary to clean up/ream the inside of the hole a little bit with a hobby knife or rounded file in order to get the tube through. Keep in mind, you want the fit to be tight, otherwise it defeats the purpose.Although I was able to get the PTFE tube through the hole in the strain relief without any post-processing, I had to do a small amount of cleanup on the inside of the hole to get the perfect fit (which I accomplished with a hobby knife).Removing the support material around the strain relief was a little tricky, so be patient with it and take your time. A pair of fine-tip needle-nose pliers or a small flat-head screwdriver will aid well in the removal of the support material. This design was inspired by Tom's make of the MINI+ Revo Micro mount with a similar strain relief modification; I could not find a corresponding remix, which led me here. Change Log:21NOV2022: Added .step file.
