<p>You can mainly follow the <a href="https://e3d-online.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415484403473">official guide by e3D</a>. Also, visit the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/117149-revo-micro-prusa-mini-upgrade">original part</a> for further information.</p><p>This part is compatible with my <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/124616-antler-duct-for-prusa-mini-revo">alternative fan duct</a>.</p><h4>Differences from the original guide</h4><p>Don't cut the Bowden PTFE tube!</p><p>To clean the thread, screw the fitting in and out completely once. If you encounter resistance, back off one turn. Or just use an M8 tap.</p><p>You need a 25mm piece of PTFE tube. It can be tapered similar to the extruder PTFE piece:</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="https://media.prusaprinters.org/media/prints/125103/rich_content/c7066ce3-fea8-4f8f-b021-06f428e76a2f/9f12fc6d999e0606_painted.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22507cecc9-ad2b-4311-bdd8-09fd9696fef9%22%2C%22w%22%3A1600%2C%22h%22%3A1200%7D"></figure><p>Put it into the Revo sink and secure it with the collet clip.</p><p>Put the M12 nut in the corresponding hole and screw the Revo sink into the holder.</p><p>Then mount it to the x-carriage and orient the heat core cables. Now you can attach the sink fan.</p>
