Prusa Mini -> RETRACTABLE PURGE MECHANISM

This is a remix of the Retractable Purge Mechanism, by BigBrain3D. It fits the Original Prusa Mini perfectly. This model differs significantly from other adapters and remixes because it's mounted on the left side of the printer. Almost every part needed to be mirrored from the original design. The same hardware as the original is required. To assemble this mechanism, print 1x each of the 9 files provided, then follow the instructions on our website. An updated X axis end bracket is included in the download files. ***Update: New Information*** I recently received feedback from a customer who has successfully installed this retractable purge mechanism on their Original Prusa Mini. They shared some modifications they made due to the printer's specifications, which might be helpful for others. Firstly, the PINDA Sensor Holder was slightly too large, so I had to remove part of it using a file (see attached image 'Where to file the PINDA.jpg'). Additionally, I noticed that the software doesn't allow the Extruder Head to move completely to the left. The retractable purge mechanism won't fit under the nozzle due to this limitation. To overcome this issue, I had to modify the homing process of the printer. This involved printing the attached stl file twice so that when it homes to the right, it stops a few millimeters short of the z-Axis, allowing the extruder head to move perfectly to the left and engage with the mechanism. The height of the 'auto-home-hack.stl' file might need to be adjusted slightly for other printers. Finally, I observed that the mechanism affects the stability of the x-Axis slightly, but mesh leveling seems to resolve this issue. I simply had to move the steel sheet a bit to the left so that the sensor wouldn't be obstructed during probing. These modifications may help others who are considering installing the retractable purge mechanism on their Prusa Mini. As for me, I'm currently printing 400 blobs with perfect results, and I'm very happy with the mechanism's performance so far!
