Prusa Mini Linear Advance for Prusament PLA and PETG

<p>I tested the Prusa gcode generator to compare against Skreelink's gcode and the output is nearly identical. I tweaked settings to use Prusament values for PETG and PLA and turned on the Anchor Frame.
