Prusa Mini E3D Revo Micro Mount and 20mm fan mount with backlit

<p>I have designed this E3D Revo micro mount and 20mm fan mount to reduce annoying noise of standard Prusa Mini hotend Delta fan. In my case I use 20mm 40x40 Noctua 5V fan, which produce enough airflow to keep Revo Micro heatsink cool. In addition I have added a backlit for a fan, which makes better vision of the print head in the dark. </p><p> </p><p><strong>BOM:</strong></p><p>12x M3x3mm threaded nuts</p><p> 4x M3x25mm bolts</p><p> 7x M3x8mm bolts</p><p> 1x M3x12mm bolts</p><p> </p><p> 1x 5mm 3.3v 20mA LED</p><p> 1x 100Om resistor </p><p> </p><p><strong>Assembly instructions:</strong></p><p>The standard purse fan is running on 40% PWM signal, which is not enough to start the Noctua fan. So, I had to connect the 5V wire of the Noctua fan to the 5V line of the PINDA sensor. Tacho wire of the fan should be connected to the hotend fan pin. The LED is connected parallel to fan to the 5V line. Please use a resistor to limit the current.</p><p> </p><p>The Revo Micro mount or fan mount you can use separately, if you like to keep original Prusa Mini hotend or your 10mm fan.</p><p> </p><p><br> </p>
